To raise $50,000 for Politify.org
To pay for the last stage of the Politify platform development and to bring this direct democracy platform to the world.
Our Reason
Currently we have politicians who spend all their public time criticising their opposition instead of telling us about their own policies. We have politicians pushing their own agendas, pushing their own biases, making excuses for their limitations and leaving large segments of the community out of the political conversation. We have Fake News, propaganda, media bias, information paywalls, secret politicians business, one way communication transfers and other communication limitations preventing our access to factual information about the way our lives are governed.
If we continue as we are we will have generations of people disillusioned by the political process and failing to be represented in government. We will have whole segments of the community without a voice, without access to what they need and want and without any ability to improve their quality of life.
We are all about Empowerment!
By bringing the Politify.org, direct-democracy system to the world, we aim to empower individuals to have their say over how their world is governed.
We empower individuals to put forward their own views, their own ideas and to vote for exactly what they need and want.
We empower government departments who will now have the information they need to govern properly, responsibly and inclusively.
AND
We empower politicians and political parties who will be better informed about what the people actually need and want.
Our Method
We aim to sell 5000 Politify.org bumper stickers; hence the project name... The Politify.org Bumper Bonanza Sale.

Our volunteer team of 20 will be going out into their communities engaging first with like-minded, politically sympathetic people in their personal networks of friends, family, colleagues and acquaintances. From there they will branch out making contact with community groups and networks within their own community and from there connecting out into the wider community.

Making Payment
As a direct sale, you are empowered to exchange cash for goods and to buy a bumper sticker directly from one of our volunteers. However, you can also buy your bumper sticker directly from Politify.org by visiting the Sponsors and Affiliates page. Look out for the bumper sticker purchase section and follow the prompts to our shopping cart where you can pay by Paypal or Credit Card. Like all important projects, Politify needs funding. Recognising the realities of our capitalistic world, Politify operates with a social entreprenerial model. Doing social good and making it our career, our mission, our purpose and our business. We believe this to be the most sustainable way to build a strong and stable organisation able to fulfil its purpose.
To do this social good, we need money. We aim to build a number of revenue streams but especially in these early stages of growth, your direct donations to our cause are the most important. We request that you give freely to the organisation to help get your projects, your views and your values promoted as we do the work to build the direct democracy platform.
Two Ways to Give
To contribute a philanthropic gift to Politify, you can give directly using our donation tools below. These tools allow you to give a one-off contribution to the organisation. One off contributions are great and will do a lot of good but having a predictable income will help even more. To allow us to have this predictable income we request that you consider giving whatever you can monthly. To contribute monthly we can set you up with our bank details so you can create an automatic Direct Debit or you can use the Patreon platform.

The completed Politify platform will be managed under the Politify.org domain with Politify.net serving as brand protection and as a secondary access pathway.
After the registration of the Politify.org domain, we promptly went to work on the development of the Politify platform as a global impact project. When we started this project, we had it in mind to start it as just an Australian project and to then see where it went. We want to take people's ideas and to action them politically. We tried to pick a name that would instantly communicate this intent. Out of the choices we came up with, Politify seemed like the best. We did some domain name searches and at the time of those searches, we learned that the "politify.org" domain was taken but we were OK making it just an Australia based project. However, as we progressed, we realised that our platform needs to be one available across the world so that it can help a lot of people in a lot of places.
When we wrote to Ryan, we told him the Politify story so far and our goals for the future. Upon reading about it, he was glad to donate the domain to us.
